How can I exhibit?

Do I have pay to exhibit?
- East Valley Art Guild members exhibit
free
- Non-Members pay a $25 registration
fee per ArtWalk

Who can exhibit?
- Any Fine Artist or Fine Craft
Artisan. Students, emerging artists, professional artists, all types of
art from spray paint to embossing, jewelry to Gourd art, as long as it is
original and considered Fine Art or Fine Craft by our committee.

If I am not accepted to exhibit do I get my money back?
- Registration fee is refunded if you
are not accepted

Do I have to live in the East Valley to exhibit?
- There are no restrictions on where
artists live

What is the jury process?
- When you register, you are asked to
submit pictures of your artwork or a web site address. We look at the
artwork to see if it is appropriate for our family audience, and to make
sure it is handcrafted original Fine Art or Fine Craft considered. We do
not look at how good you are as an artist.

Can I just show up and exhibit?
- NO, you will not be allowed to
exhibit unless you have registered, been juried in, and have paid the
registration fee. As artists, we want the ArtWalk to be a Fine Art Event

Do
you supply display equipment?
- Currently we do not, later we may
rent display equipment. You will need to supply your own tables, display
racks, etc.

I need lighting for my display?
- Electrical outlets are furnished
close to your display location. You will need to supply electrical
extension cables, and your own display lights.

Where do I set up my display?
- All registered exhibitors are given a
number location to set up. You will receive your number when you arrive at
the ArtWalk to set up.
